HUGE Milestone! 500+ Supporters & New "Hidden Truth" Revealed!

Dear Incredible Supporters,
Wow! I am absolutely thrilled and deeply grateful to announce that our petition has now garnered over 500 supporters and 558 signatures! This outpouring of support for the Colorado CARE Act and the rights of working caregivers is truly inspiring and demonstrates the widespread recognition of this critical need. Every single signature brings us closer to making meaningful change for the millions of unsung heroes who balance work and caring for loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing with us!
This week, we've also launched the second installment of our "Hidden Truths" blog series on the Professionals Who Care website. "Hidden Truths: #2 Limited Choice in Being a Caregiver" delves into the often-unacknowledged reality that nearly half of all caregivers never actually chose this demanding role. Unexpected circumstances thrust them into this vital but challenging position, often leading to significant financial strain and workplace barriers.
Understanding this "hidden truth" is fundamental to building empathy and advocating for the systemic changes needed to support working caregivers. Legislation like the Colorado CARE Act, which you are so powerfully supporting with your signatures, directly addresses these challenges by proposing crucial workplace protections and accommodations for family caregivers (as outlined in SECTION 4 of the draft act).

Let's keep this momentum going! Please continue to share the petition with your networks and encourage others to sign. Every signature amplifies our voice and strengthens our collective advocacy for the Colorado CARE Act.
Thank you again for your unwavering support. Together, we will make a difference for working caregivers in Colorado!
Kindly,
