I’m excited to share a new article I’ve written: "Caregiving Under the Microscope: Transforming Crisis into Sustainable Caregiving."

In this article, I open up about my personal journey balancing work, returning to office requirements, and caregiving for my mother and mother-in-law — both living with complex health needs. Through our challenges, we realized just how fragile the support systems are for unpaid caregivers. I also share resources like the Eldercare Locator and AgingCare.com to help others find local assistance.

I'm working on proposals for the Colorado CARE Act and a Federal CARE Act to improve protections, support, and sustainability for family caregivers.
