🚨 Urgent Call to Action for Caregivers Everywhere! 🚨

We’re excited to announce that we’ve reached 300 signatures on our petition advocating for better protections for caregivers! This is a significant step in amplifying the voices of the 584,000 caregivers in Colorado and countless others nationwide who provide critical support for our loved ones. Together, they contribute a staggering $9.6 billion annually to their state’s economy. Yet, the sacrifices made by these dedicated individuals often come at a significant personal cost.
📊 Key Statistics:
Average Lifetime Wage Loss: $303,880
Financial Strain: 45% of caregivers experience severe financial stress.
Workplace Accommodations: 61% of caregivers are forced to adjust their work lives to balance their responsibilities.
Despite their invaluable contributions, caregivers frequently lack adequate legal protections. Current laws, such as CADA 24-34-402 in Colorado, do not sufficiently address the needs of working caregivers. We need to push for:
Anti-discrimination protections for caregivers.
Reasonable accommodation requirements to support work-life balance.
Flexible scheduling rights to manage caregiving duties alongside professional obligations.
✊ What Can You Do? Join our movement to advocate for change! By signing our petition, you can help amplify the voices of caregivers and push for the reforms needed to create a fair and supportive environment for all caregivers, regardless of where they live.
