We’re making progress! We’ve reached 99 signatures on Change.org and 15 on Care2! Thank you to everyone who has supported our cause so far. But we’re not done yet—we need to keep sharing and spreading the word to make a real difference.

I recently wrote an article on LinkedIn about "The Power of Touch," highlighting how something as simple as physical contact can significantly impact those with dementia. As caregivers, having the flexibility to be present for our loved ones isn't just important—it's essential. In my article, I discuss why flexible work options are crucial for caregivers and how we can push for changes in workplace policies to better support us.

This issue will affect us all at some point in our lives. Whether it’s caring for young infants and toddlers or supporting our aging parents and elders, or even both (the sandwich generation), we all need the flexibility to provide care while maintaining our employment.
