like many other universities petition, this is a petition to having online learning at UTSC the same. The number of cases are still piling up and being that active at campus puts us all at risk. Many students are back home and when they start travelling the covid will hit us back and so will the new variant which is the most disturbing fact that university faculty does not see. Omicron can affect fully vaccinated as much as unvaccinated people. Lastly, travelling in winter in busses and public transport in one of the most coldest places on earth not only puts us all at risk but also waste the time and energy that students can put into their studies.
