We, the undersigned residents, parents, coaches, and supporters of the Pleasantville Jr. Jokers, call on local leadership to honor their commitment to provide our youth football organization with a turf football field.

​Our community was asked to prove local demand by participating in a official community survey. We delivered by generating more survey responses than any other municipality in Atlantic County. Despite fulfilling every requirement and demonstrating overwhelmingly strong community backing, we have recently been informed that the decision to grant us a turf field has been reversed.

​Our young athletes deserve:

• ​Equal Access to Modern Facilities: A safe, durable turf field that allows for play regardless of weather conditions.
• ​Community Pride: Facilities that reflect the hard work, dedication, and high participation rate of our youth and families.
• ​Accountability: Civic leadership that honors promises made to the community after requirements have been met.

​We urge the decision-makers to reverse this choice immediately and approve the turf field promised to the Pleasantville Jr. Jokers.
