Hello there. I am Oompla Kakalin. I am from the 'Land of Om.' As you can see, I never really get involved with serious matters, i'm always trying to stay out of this stuff. But one of my dear brethren, Frank, now known as Spud-- (So I will refer to them by Spud! and He / Him, and They / Them pronouns.) Is in a bit of a pickle! Recently, I've noticed that he has a bucket on his head, and has a weird, deformed appearance.. Until I noticed something.. 

I am going to foam out the mouth, Spud!'s legs are GONE; meaning that they have to stand on their arms, smh! Also the fact that he was practically mutilated and deformed to the point of unrecognizability, (I forgot to mention the mouth.) Pls pls pls help pls!! This is why I am SO mad:

The Gnarpians removed their brain! Meaning, they don't remember anything, that's so unskibidi! 
Mouth was turned horizontal, and weirdly, meaning messed up speech.
THEY CHANGED HIS NAME, TO BE NAMED AFTER A POTATO!! (That's actually kinda cute.)
I still luv Spud! And how AMAZING they are, but I don't wanna see them crippled and legless, yknow? So-- let's make a change, to finally make them feel the feeling of  L E G S   again..

Who even is Spud! ?: (Explanation, copied from the Regretevator Wiki! None of the latter was typed by me!)

Spud! is a blocky R6 character wearing a light gray bucket on his head and a blue bowtie. He has grey-white skin and long arms which function as legs, and a green shirt reading "CAMP COUNSELOR" and "TWO STUD CAMP", with a nametag reading "SPUD". He has two black oval eyes and a tilted smile between them. Spud! is the only NPC that can enter the elevator that has a punctuation mark in his name.
It is confirmed that Spud!'s real name is Frank, as it can be seen on Yeucc's tumblr page referring to them with the name.
Spud! was formerly a camp counselor.[3]
Spud! has major brain damage from the Gnarpian attack, and sometimes finds he'd prefer to just say 'spud' over and over again.[4]His brain damage is so severe that he needs the bucket on his head to keep his brain in place.
