The family is a basic natural, social, economic, administrative and cultural unit.

Financial independence is 'resource independence' for the family.

Financial independence depends, in most cases, on managing a career - work in exchange of which is won a means of livelihood - usually as earnings in the form of money.

Pre-career education is important. It is a must to give quality time to pre-career education - theoretical and practical.

Education which enriches career, even as we manage an existing career, is also a must in a global citizen. We must never stop being students.

The career must be selected in such a way as to be one which puts no undue stress on self, family, society (local, regional, global), nature (local, regional, global) and puts no undue stress on our relationship with Totality (our harmonizing with the Absolute, with Inifnity and with God). Career education must also respect these sensitivities.

How do we get this done all over our planet?

It has to be pioneered. The ethic of aligning career patterns to an approach which has a balanced-sensitivity to myself+family+society+nature+God has to begin from 'me'.
