Please reconsider the issuance of an Improvement Location Permit for the development of a Gas Station at 3207 N. Central Avenue.

Neighborhoods challenged by decades of outdated property uses, vacancies, contamination and crime cannot be improved without great attention and focus on planning efforts by the community and review of proper land use, zoning and development best practices. Again, please reconsider the submitted plans and ask that work on the site be stopped immediately while the plans are being reviewed.
