Freddy Krueger has been in Dead by Daylight for over 5 years now.  When he launched, he was given a power that, although interesting, was widely considered bad.  When he was reworked in 2019 however, he was given an extremely boring kit that was effectively a worse version of BHVR's own OC Killer they had released prior.

Now we are in 2023, Freddy Krueger's already boring rework has been nerfed right back to being a weak killer, and with the additions of fantastic adaptations such as Hellraiser's Cenobite: Pinhead, and Resident Evil's Mastermind: Albert Wesker, Freddy's age and lack of innovation is really showing.  Freddy was a massive icon of horror, and yet now he is upstaged having no voicelines and a boring power with a low skill ceiling.

This petition is to try to convince BHVR and New Line to grant us a rework, a killer worthy of being called The Nightmare.  A new power, voicelines, music, and a visual update.  For years the Elm Street chapter has been the worst Licensed Adaptation in Dead By Daylight, and I hope we can at least try to get that fixed.
