As many of you may already know from the email sent out by Mobility and Parking Services (MAPS), Stony Brook University (SBU) is taking what used to be free parking and turning it into "Commuter Premium Parking".

For semesters on end, we have been asking for MORE free parking because about half of the student population commute to SBU, and are all fighting for parking spots regardless of what time on what day.

We may not be able to quickly affect any change, but we can be a giant pain in the butt for SBU with the money grab that is "Commuter Premium Parking"
