BRITAIN'S last surviving Dambuster George 'Johnny' Johnson has finally received his MBE from the Queen following a campaign led by The Sun. Her Majesty pinned the honour to Johnny's chest during a ceremony at Buckingham Palace today. More than 300,000 signed The Sun's petition which was launched after Johnny, of Bristol, missed out in this year's New Year gongs.
