4chan janitors have recently gone through a very traumatic event, yet the 4chan administrators refuse to give them a pay increase. Many of them are transgender (or have other similar mental handicaps) and will be at great risk without this pay increase.

Janitors deserve a pay raise of at least 41% as compensation for their troubles.
