We, the undersigned, have acknowledged that the property owners Kendall Lucas and Kylee Lucas have the desire to rezone their land located on the Tax Map Parcel #108A(5)BK26-2, 108A(5)BK26-3,108A(5)BK26-4B, and 108A(5)BK26-5 from Residential (R-1) to Agricultural (A-1) in order to achieve their dream of having a small hobby farm. We, the undersigned, believe it will have little to no effect on our own properties or lives in the area and support the property owners in their efforts to have the land rezoned. They are including in their zoning request the following proffers:

1. The Agricultural (A-1) zoning is for the purpose of establishing single-family dwelling, home occupations, agricultural, and roof-mounted solar energy facilities, to the exclusion of all other permitted by-right uses in the Agricultural (A-1) use district.
2. No mobile (manufactured) home, Class A or B, shall be placed on the property.
3. No swine shall be kept on the property.
4. No more than 6 goats shall be kept on the property.
