Just a short note to let my supporters know that nothing much was resolved at a court ordered conference yesterday as was expected. GIO and Sun Corp are still refusing to payout my claim. There will be one more round of medical examinations before the matter is set down for trial. With luck we will still be able to go to trial this year however it may now be early 2018. Stay tuned for a final trial date and all are welcome to attend court if you would wish to. Hopefully justice will be done.
