Letting my supporters know that further examinations of me have been ordered and some will be conducted next month and another is scheduled for March. GIO / Sun Corp are relying on their doctors who they have in their pocket to make reports that downplay the extent of my injuries to weasel out of any obligation to pay compensation for my employers’ negligence. This is unfortunately what both Liberal and Labor governments have given to every worker in WA and indeed Australia. A process that is fundamentally flawed, and just plain prejudiced against people who have been injured at work. It mirrors the situation in the US and the insurance industry demanded it be introduced into Australia not so very long ago. So – you know what to do come the next election. Vote for any political party that will abolish these obscene, unfair and perverse Workers Compensation laws.
