Hi all, Well finally after more than 7 years we are finally getting somewhere. My lawyers are entering my matter for trial next week and I should have both a trial date and a pre-trial conference date very shortly. I always thought it would go to court as the other side obviously have no intension of being serious about settling this. Hopefully, a judge will write law so as no other employee will be subject to the negligence that I was subjected to. My missing reports is a scandal that hopefully the judge will see for what it is. An attempt to cover up. An attempt at perverting the course of justice. A very real and sincere THANK YOU to all who have supported me. Ian Cugley
