Seems my ex-employers have deleted all my written reports I made when I was employed by them in the states north west. It appears that by not keeping the reports I made whilst I was a security officer and deliberately deleting them as part of a cover up, my ex-employers are in breach of the Crimes Act. There is an obligation upon those in control of documents to ensure the documents that may be needed or included in legal proceedings are retained. This is very serious and may effect my ex-employers license to conduct their business. You have heard only the beginning of this.
