Children in foster care deserve to have their constitutional rights invoked when they enter into child services.

The courts and the foster care systems are only concerned about the biological parent's rights and being sued, due to infringing on their rights and in turn are NOT putting the best interest of the child(ren) forward. This needs to change!

They remove them "In their best interest" and then put them in a safe place with people who can't advocate for them because the kids have no rights and neither do the foster parents. The system is overwhelmed and the people who are supposed to advocate for the kids cannot because the law favors the biological parents because they are the ones with rights.

Even though the children are removed from the biological parent's care, they still have a say in their education and heath care - doesn't make sense!

If the kids have their rights invoked, the get the voice they deserve!

Their best interest WILL be put in the forefront and WILL have to be acknowledged!
