Treat visa & passport applicants with respect GhanahighcommisionUK

The Issue

There has to be changes to how staff at the Ghana high CommissionUK passport and visa centres treat applicatants when they put their applications through. Also, there has to be a prompt reply to applicants when a decision is made on a visa and passport application, an acknowledgement letter  sent at least when the application is received explaining the processing times and if there is a problem how to rectify it and an effective way of sending replies to applicants. There has to be changes to the customer service when applicants call or goes to the centre.
