Work started, and end date given

Hello folks! 

                 Chivvying has got us not only work started,but an end date of  12th of July. This monday, workers were seen starting the work, and had brought their diggers. I notice, however, that there has been no attempt to accomodate pedestrians in the area. We'll be watching to make sure the work IS finished on time. They've only had a year after all.
