Tomorrow night the Carlsbad City Council will move forward with the plans for improvements at Poinsettia Park with one change...because you all spoke up...they will not be putting the dog park in the Grassy Bowl. Thanks to all of you who wrote letters, attended City Council meetings, and spoke up in other ways. It worked! You made a difference.
