We have started a hard copy petition to show the city how many people want to keep the grassy bowl. We are trying to get as many signatures as possible during the next week.   If you agree with us and want to sign the hard copy petition, I along with some other moms will be standing outside the school gates of Pacific Rim before and after school for the next few days (8-8:30am & 2:30-3:00pm). We will also be frequenting the park (as usual) or will be at the City Council meeting with the petition. There is a city council meeting this Tuesday at 6pm. Come between 5:30-5:45, sign the petition and fill out a speaker card. You have up to 3 minutes to tell the city your thoughts. This is our last chance to make a stand.    Thank you for helping us save the open green space from becoming a foul smelling field of woodchips and disrupting the serenity of the park.
