We, the concerned citizens of the United States, urge you to take over the missing persons case of Katherine Huaman Howell. As per reports, Katherine has been missing since 2021 and despite several efforts by local authorities, she is yet to be found.

Her boyfriend Matthew Horton refuses to talk and their is a letter from Katherine depicting the horrible things she found out her boyfriend was involved in. Matthew has also lawyered up as soon as he spoke to Ledesma. He has also denied knowing Katherine. Katherine's disappearance is unlike her. We feel she may be in danger because Matthew Horton may have been scared that she found out what he was doing. Even though he now denies knowing Katherine, many people saw them around town together. Katherine was well known around the neighborhood and former workplace Walmart. The Big Spring Police Department have not put much effort into the case and now we need Texas Rangers and the F.B.i to step in to help locate and bring her home to her family. Last seen in her city of Big Spring Texas. 

Katherine's disappearance has left her family devastated and worried sick about her safety. The local authorities have been unable to make any significant progress in the case so far. We believe that your expertise and resources can help bring closure to this case.

According to a report by the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), there were 87,438 active missing person cases in the US as of May 2021. This number is alarming and highlights the need for efficient investigation techniques and resources.
