People speed through all the time even when children are out and playing. They go so fast they run over cats and don’t even stop. There are multiple small children and some are incapable of understanding the dangers. They do well over the speed limit and seem to not even care. The car put in the picture is a car that just recently killed one of my parents cats by running it over. She was out roaming getting her daily sun and that was took from her in one moment. With a speed bump it would have prevented her from going so fast and the cat would have had a chance to survive.
