Gamestop recent switch to their COL(Circle of Life) program, hurts customers and their employees. With this change employees are in a sense force to lie to the customers about new products. How the COL works is that Gamestop makes 100% profit off used products and a significantly smaller percentage off of new products. To increase revenue Gamestop is almost forcing their employees to be totally dishonest about new products they have in order to sell it used. If the employee tends to sell more new products than used, after a corrective action or so. The employee could be terminated, just because he/she sold more new products than used ones. Gamestop is hurting their customers by being dishonest with them and killing the employees spirit and integrity that they have for the job. We need to petition to show Gamestop that this is not fair for us as customers or employees. This needs to be changed or completely done away with.
