Vladimir Putin is a crazy dictator who invades other countries and kills civilians.  He has committed numerous war crimes in Ukraine. Some of which include, bombing hospitals, targeting civilians, mass graves, using illegal cluster bombs, Bombing schools, apartment buildings, maternity wards, and shelters.
