Since we are high schoolers we would enjoy on if our last Halloween nights as kids before college and it would be extremely difficult to do so having school the following day. Therefore we would at the least Greatly appreciate a delayed start or half day so we may enjoy our Halloween night and with there being a school day the following day many of us wouldn’t be allowed to go out and get the full experience of a Halloween as a high schooler.
