Petition renamed and edited

Given that Queensland has acted ahead of NSW in improving the safety of E-bikes, I have changed the thrust of this petition. It now reads "GET NSW in line with QLD's E-BIKE rules - A Driver's Licence is required".
I hope all of my current supporters are in line with this change to the petition.
The text of the petition has also changed to reflect the new thrust. Thanks Bill
