We are asking the City of Newman to consider putting new bleachers in the Newman Community Center gym in Newman, Illinois.

The gym is commonly used for community parties and casual basketball, and it is a place where people gather to spend time together. Bringing back the bleachers is important because many people enjoy sitting in the gym while watching basketball, visiting with others, or participating in community activities.

Having bleachers again would provide comfortable, designated seating and make the gym more welcoming and functional for everyone who uses it.

If you support putting new bleachers in the Newman Community Center gym, please sign this petition and show that there is community interest in restoring seating for local activities and events.
