Jessica Kozlen passed away on November 1, 2022. Her advisory/home room class was the class of 2023. Some seniors have come up with the idea of getting Kozlen a visual representation for her to join her kids she has bonded with and grown with over their 1-4 years of high school. This visual representation is a chair in her honor rather than just a moment of silence. Ms. Kozlen was not only a teacher but to some she was Auntie J or even a motherly figure that we needed. She was someone to talk to about any problems and she genuinely cared about each student who walked into her classroom. So please, to keep her memory alive with the class of 2023 and all the following classes, let’s get her a chair at graduation.
