Downey Animal control in Downey, CA has a disturbing track record of euthanizing young, healthy dogs at an alarming rate without providing enough notice to rescue organizations. We are given less than 12 hours to try to save these dogs from being murdered. 

Downey Animal Control currently is able to hold 200 dogs. As of right now with 166 dogs in their care they continue to MURDER dogs on a daily basis. Today is day three of their killing spree.
