Gail and Reece Witchell were mourning the loss of their beloved dog. Just 2 days later, after putting his bed out to be collected by the dustman, they found an abandoned daschund puppy cuddled up in it.

Gail and Reece took her in and affectionately named her Dobby. They called the Dog Warden to make sure no one was looking for her but wanted to adopt her themselves.

Because of some bizarre rule (not law) the Dog Warden has seized Dobby and have said she isn’t allowed to be rehomed in the area she was abandoned, in case the people that abandoned her, stole her back after she had, had veterinary treatment.

Gail and Reece are devastated that they are now without Dobby.
