I am a passenger on the 002 service from Merry Hill to Weoley Castle and have noticed the 002 service is continuously late. 

This can cause people to be late for Appointments , work or school etc.

As you may know, the 002 service has been struggling with keeping their service going due to the service allegedly having “Lack of use”.

But, that doesn’t stop them from getting Double Decker buses from up north…

I would like the 002 to be offered to National Express West Midlands for a more reliable service. 

I really hope this takes place as it will help the community.
