Peter Jackson's The Beatles: Get Back features eight joyful and life-enhancing hours of unseen footage of the band recording the 1970 album Let It Be.

More than 50 years on, the documentary shows us the power of creativity, friendship, perseverance, humour, musicality and pretty much everything else that make the world a better place. 

Jackson's first cut was apparently 18 hours long. We'd LOVE to see it. (In fact, we'd love to see the full 60 hours of footage and hear all 150 hours of audio, but the first cut will do nicely for starters.)

So please Mr Jackson and Disney, on behalf of humanity, can you dig it out and release the 18-hour cut across the universe?
