iOS 18 saw a litany of changes, most for the worse. Taking things that were perfectly functional and deciding to make them far worse/breaking them. No where is this more apparent than in what they did to the photos app. It is now designed as if it was some sort of garbage tier social media platform in place of the near invaluable utility that it used to and very much should be. 

this IOS 18 change is very reversible, and our demands in this petition are rather simple: the full reversal of the IOS 18 change to the photos app, the firing of whoever was responsible for making that change, and a public acknowledgement of how much of a mistake the change was. The photos app is supposed to be a utility not some meaningless/useless Social Media app copycat. 

If the changes to the app and the philosophy behind such horrid changes are not reversed, I and likely many others will have little choice but to switch away from using Apple products. It seems that everybody else in the phone making game has the rudimentary understanding that Smart Phones are supposed to have meaningful utility not just “screen time” machines.
