1. Travelling is VERY dangerous right now, especially for international flights that take 10+ hours (eg. Atlanta to Shanghai will take 17+ hours)
2. It is almost impossible to get a flight ticket, and even we are able to get one, it usually costs more than 15K US dollars
3. Many countries, such as China and India, (We have a lot of Chinese and Indian international students) are limiting the number of international flights entering their borders. International students with a complete online schedule would face the conflict of being illegal and not being able to purchase flights back to their home countries. 
4. According to ICE, international students in their home countries are limited to 3 credit hours of online courses during the 2020 fall. This restriction will largely delay the graduation date of some students. 
5. GT housing will lose a lot of potential economic benefit since no one will be staying on campus
