In Muscogee County, Columbus, GA back in 2009 and 2010, Richard Boynton, Raimone Boynton, and Ladarius Colbert were jointly tried and convicted for armed robbery, despite the little and questionable evidence presented against them. The prosecutor had obviously used the law to shade the agreements he made under the table with his witnesses, allowing them much room to testify falsely under oath and appear more credible to a jury in order to convict these three young black men and sentence them to the max, despite none of them having prior records. The Georgia Courts have continuously turned a blind eye to the actions of the prosecutor and have failed to investigate the circumstances surrounding the testimony presented at the trial among other constitutional violations. We need the support of the public to give these young black men a fair opportunity to fight for their freedom, only when no one is watching will injustices and racial inequality occur in our country.
