Qamar Willams a.k.a “Q moneyyyy” files a petition for an emergency Bond, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Williams voluntarily turned himself in on April 18, 2019 to Dekalb County police department , he has been held without bond since then. Even though he demonstrated  that he isn’t a flight risk or a danger to the community. Due to the global pandemic and the Georgia Supreme Court it’s most likely that Mr.Williams would not see a another court date until 2-3 years from now. “Everyone is innocent until proven guilty”, he deserve a fair chance. Qamar Williams lost the ability to provide for his 4 year old son who is in dire need of  his father, and He cries for him daily. Qamar’s mother And younger brother relocated to Georgia from Cleveland Ohio to support him during the case. Qamar was Giving the opportunity to move to Atlanta to pursue his career with T.I.G (Think Its a Game Records) and fulfill his childhood dreams. Being signed to a major label ( Warner Brothers) made him become one our hometown heroes of Cleveland Ohio  and a unfortunately he became a target. Qamar struggled,  but managed to overcome poverty and the adversity of growing up in a rough environment, despite all odds he became successful. Qamar Williams ( Q money) has a starting program for the children who’s parents incarcerated titled, Nurturing, Encouraging Advising & Teaching, (Neat) which helps kid with everyday life Situations and to help them reach there full potential no matter what circumstances they face.
