Homemade Food Freedom Act for Georgia

Homemade Food Freedom Act for Georgia
HOMEMADE FOOD FREEDOM ACT
BILL #HB1032 Oklahoma; #HB813 Tennessee; B23-0169 Washington DC; HB84 Wyoming; HB94 Utah; SB199 Montana & North Dakota, SB248 Arkansas, HB1697 Missouri
Laws are too strict on making and selling homemade goods from your home. The pandemic left a lot of families hurting when they could have had an outlet when forced to keep their children at home and make money at the same time.
9 other states (Oklahoma, DC, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, North Dakota, Arkansas) have already passed this bill in 2021 (Tennessee in July 2022 and now Missouri in Sept 2022) allowing the residents to sell not only from their home, but online, shipping and in store settings without the use and expense of having a commercial kitchen and licenses affiliated with and Georgia should follow suit.
We, the residents of Georgia, should have the right to support our families with the talents the Lord has given us without the reaching arm of government restricting our every move.
Join with me in letting our congress know that our state of Georgia should have been the first to pass this law for its people not the last.
Entrepreneurship. That's America.
