My name is Sandra Hager-66 years old. My son Benjamin Seth Ramey has spent the last 15 birthdays in prison! He was charged with murder of one of his friends Michael. It was reduced to Voluntary Manslaughter and he was given 25 years..20 to serve and five on probation. Michael raped my granddaughter at the age of 13 and was bragging and laughing about it to  my son, Seth. Seth became very angry because he loved his sister/neice very much and Michael had hurt her. Their relationship was very deep and intimate. Seth was just a child ..at the age of 16 years he got a gun and shot Michael and killed him. He was sentenced to 25 long years-he grew up in prison. He has already served 15 years in confinement. He served almost five years in New York..Seth was in Rikers Island .. he was in Sing Sing, Great Meadow and Green State Prisons. He was in several other different maximum security prisons in Upstate New York. He is very remorseful for his actions!
