Deregulation of energy just makes sense.

Georgia is a leader in innovative and progressive ideas. When we deregulated gas in 1997, it revolutionized the energy industry by giving customers the opportunity to choose their own provider. This choice allowed Georgians, like YOU AND ME, to go with the provider that offered US the lowest competitive natural gas rate on the market. The bottom line is it saved Georgians thousands of dollars a year on energy costs. Energy companies still made large profits, but now the people of Georgia had more money at home to spend on other products/services in their communities. 

We believe that Georgia is ready for electricity to follow suit. Deregulated electricity in states like Texas, NY, NJ, Maryland and Pennsylvania has proven that a communities economic growth will increase if people have more money to spend on non-essentials. We believe that being able to choose an energy provider will allow for prices to remain competitive, so that Georgians will have more money to spend on things that matter the most. Georgia... Now is the time to send our congress and house of representatives a message. WE ARE READY TO BE DEREGULATED.
