Brian Kemp has continuously loosened restrictions regarding the social isolation measures during this pandemic. The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 have constantly risen over the last month and a half while he has overridden strong local ordinances and now plans on reopening many non-essential businesses by the end of this month. The provisions of his stay at home order were incredibly vague and ineffective and disabled the efforts of local authorities, effectively reopening all of the beaches and parks in the state. This pandemic has continued to spread and statistically will likely kill 3-4% of the citizens of this state who get infected. Therefore, Brian Kemp should face criminal charges for every new confirmed case after his stay at home order and any deaths resulting from these new cases. His actions have endangered the lives of every elderly and physically ill citizen in his constituency and action needs to be taken to prevent further loss of life by his poor choices.
