In light of recent events that have unfolded within the Grey Oaks community, homeowners feel that the board has not acted in a manner that represents the values or best interest of the community.

Whereas an excessive number of homeowners reported not receiving notice of the initial elections.

Whereas the current members of the board have used their positions to engage in hostilities that have diminished their ability to work as a cohesive unit.

Whereas the homeowners feel that all phases of the subdivision should have representation.

We are calling for revocation of the current HOA appointments and a special meeting wherein a revote will occur.
