#TamponTax to be AXED in California alongside #PeriodPoverty

Happy 2018 amazing campaigners!!! 2018 is going to be a great year for tampon tax and period poverty activists - that’s you! Already, California has pledged not only to end Tampon Tax but to tackle period poverty in schools. Period! That’s pretty awesome. If California can do it, so can we. The Government have committed to ending tampon tax here in the UK too as soon as is ‘legally possible’, which is predicted to be either later this year or in 2019. We need to keep the pressure up to ensure this FINALLY happens. Period! We’re committed to doing just that. Have a great week! Laura :)
