Hello wonderful supporters! We have some big news to share with you! Yesterday, David Cameron deemed sanitary tax "morally wrong" live on BBC Radio 1. Although he "wish[ed] we could get rid of this" tax, he admitted it was too complex an issue to tackle, thanks to EU taxing regulations. Well, leave the difficulty to us, Dave. We've got that part covered! Four of our main political parties - The Conservatives, Labour, SNP, and UKIP - have shown their support for our campaign and acknowledged the sexism inherent in sanitary tax. Let's hope that the Liberal Democrats are next! There is one more thing that we thought you might be interested in: In the run up to the election, we are supporting the 50:50 Parliament campaign. This petition hopes to improve the representation of women within Westminster. Currently, only 23% of MPs are female, despite the fact that women account for 51% of the population. If you feel strongly about this issue, feel free to sign their petition: http://goo.gl/aESYDM (Westminster Demo in early May tbc)! All the best, Laura
