The Saturn Community Park project (aka Saturn Elementary School Urban Greening Project ) has been on hold for years now and the funds expire May 2015,  Saturn Street Elementary School is in the heart of a community with very little green space. The state has awarded funds for this  project and we want to see this project commence. As a newly elected Member of LAUSD, we are counting on you to be the voice to get this project through  the bureaucracy that has been holding it back.

We need you to become a vocal advocate to make sure the students, teachers and community are guaranteed this green space that is so necessary for quality of life and learning. We all want a healthier and greener community, and this project is just that for us. Please make it happen!
