The Chicago Bears are bad. They have been bad for decades, and the fans have had enough. Chicago is the third largest city in the United States and there is no excuse for fielding the same abysmal product year after year. This years offense is arguably the worst to have ever Donned the initials GSH. That’s really saying something considering this team has NEVER been able to draft a franchise quarterback in its century long history. This is truly UNACCEPTABLE. 
     The usual treatment of firing the GM and Head coach, though necessary, isn’t going to suffice this off season. The problem lies deeper than that and everyone knows it. President and CEO Ted Phillips needs to be held accountable for this product and needs to be replaced. 
     As the chairman of one of the oldest and storied franchises in professional football history, you have the power to set a new course for this team. Give the fans what they deserve for the continued support for a consistently sub par team and show them you are ready for Real change. Thank you Mr McCaskey.
