Dear Supporters. 

My court date of July 1st is now imminent and the stress as you can imagine is huge.  

To compound this, On June 13th I received a letter from the Developer threatening me with a six-figure compensation claim if I did not move out of Riverside within 7 days. They have falsely accused me of owning and earning a ‘handsome living’ from the chalets I let for other people which predominantly involves cleaning and earns me £12,000 a year. 

I am telling you this because there have been hurtful and slanderous comments thrown about on Facebook by a small number of cowardly individuals supporting the developer. I have nothing to hide and will continue to fight for justice for John and ultimately the protection of Harveys Towans. 

The court costs run up by Coodes solicitors, working with the Developer, Simon Wright are now at £12,646.60. Coodes solicitors were appointed by John Buchanan to carry out his wishes and protect his beneficiaries, not to fritter away the estate and demolish his home. 

This is a seriously worrying time for me, not only financially but the possibility of losing this treasured little chalet for ever.
