JUSTICE  without FORCE is powerless and FORCE without JUSTICE is tyrannical wrote Blaise Pascal, one of these great people who wanted out world to  move forward . 

After wondering for years , what was my choice ? 

Today, I know . 

The question I had for years was : DID I have the right to ask for a peaceful and comfortable home according to the WHO definition ?  when :

• REFUGEES, the amount existing is becoming phenomenal, worldwide people are fleeing from wars, gangs, killing , drought, floods , they flee their home leaving behind their way of life, their communities to find survival in countries that sometimes do not want them. Was the land of the east not meant for the humans to live in peace ? 
• This EARTH, we are trying to save, the latest cop27 achieve little but people who attended still want to be optimistic. Countries are dithering and going back on their word from the cop26 decisions on emissions. However this time , the developed countries are promising to give loss and damage reparations to the developing countries suffering from the effects created by climate changes. While we learn to live in a frugal way sharing the life of people in poorer countries, it is the next generation's strength that will have the skill or the maturity to bring those necessary changes for the survival of the planet standing up against the deniers, the botchers from today. That same generation is dying in some countries for their request for Freedom .

This brings me back again to my question and the housing situation here. 

That would make anyone willing to leave and migrate  looking for better skies and hoping to find a voice in a country where the laws allows more equality even if not full evenness. 

When one has fought for their rights all their life, they usually decided to die on site . You can observe that from old people 's behaviour . In an invaded country, they tend to decide to stay in their homes and die there. During shelling time , they can go into their basement and the ones living in flats do have to find temporary shelter in other places usually in an underground location. 

Being part of the older people's group, I will do just that, still motivated to bring the changes for the housing situation based on my 30 years of negative experience and my knowledge of the unmet needs for the housing health of a population I know well , being part of it . 

Keeping the focus on essential and vital facts  that have always been dismissed because we are not equal is the only option. 

Bringing the changes in the law is the most important matter.

In the words of Albert Einstein:" The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil , but by those who watch them without doing anything . " 

PLEASE HELP ME IN MAKING THE POLITICIANS AND LEGISLATORS UNDERSTAND 

FREEDOM WITHOUT SECURITY is USELESS and has NO MEANING.
